Delivery & VAT Information

You can order online if you are in one of the countries listed below. Alongside, you will find information about how long delivery will take and what the delivery charges will be. The delivery charge is calculated per order and you will be able to see the exact amount at checkout before you pay.

We are based in the UK and therefore all orders placed with us are subject to Value Added Tax (VAT) at the current UK rate of 20%. If you are in the EU and are registered for Value Added Tax (VAT) in your country then you can provide your VAT number and we will not charge you any VAT.

Deliveries are to your door. In the UK we mainly use DHL In all other countries we mainly use DHL. When we receive your order, you will be e-mailed an order confirmation with a unique order ID, showing your order status and a shipping reference to track your order.

Please note that the delivery times indicated above are approximate and depend on stock availability of items as well as your exact location within your territory. Deliveries to remote locations or islands may take longer. Please call or email us if you wish to find out the delivery time to your address. All delivery times given on this page are in accordance with the approximate delivery times provided to us by our carriers. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers. Time of delivery shall not be of the essence of our obligation to fulfil your order.

Deliveries are made on working days between 0800 and 1800 hours local time. We cannot specify exact delivery times. If no one is available to accept delivery at the specified address, the package will be returned to the courier's nearest local depot. A card will be left at your address with details to arrange re-delivery of your order. All items delivered by courier will need to be signed for.
